Areti has dedicated her professional life to providing legal advice and representation to international families as well as multi-national businesses in their personal and business affairs in Cyprus.
For over 25 years now, Areti's Immigration Law practice has represented hundreds of immigration cases, both Citizenship applications under the Cyprus Investment Programme as well as Cyprus Permanent Residence applications. Chetcuti Cauchi's Cyprus law firm is recognised as a top law firm by volume and success in cases of Cyprus Citizenship by Investment.
As part of the firm's corporate and commercial practice, Areti advises on matters involving the formation and management of corporate entities and sustainable tax-efficient structures, the rights and obligations of shareholders in companies and management structures.
